At BrightTools, we aim to make shipping simple, transparent and reliable.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and your delivery destination. Your final shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

All prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Please note that BrightTools does not currently offer automatic free shipping based on order value. Promotional shipping discounts may occasionally apply.

Delivery Areas

BrightTools currently delivers to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that deliveries to Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island and the Australian Antarctic Territory may incur additional freight charges.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to other international destinations at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process, pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day, provided payment has been confirmed and all items are in stock.

While we work hard to maintain stock availability, occasional delays may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the expected delivery timeframe or offer an alternative or refund where appropriate.

For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing to confirm stock availability.

Delivery Services & Timeframes

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post or a trusted courier service, with tracking provided.

Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• Major metropolitan areas: Approximately 1–5 business days.

• Regional and remote areas: Please allow approximately 6–10 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations and other circumstances outside our control.

Express Shipping is available at checkout for eligible Australian deliveries.

We reserve the right to select an appropriate delivery provider based on the destination, order size and service availability.

Receiving Your Delivery

We recommend choosing a delivery address where you or someone you know will be available to receive your parcel during normal business hours.

Depending on the shipping service, a signature may be required upon delivery.

If nobody is available, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe location where permitted or take it to a nearby collection point for pickup.

Tracking & Delivery Enquiries

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

You can track your parcel through Australia Post Tracking, where applicable, or through the tracking details provided in your dispatch confirmation.

If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@brighttools.com.au, and we will be happy to assist with tracking and investigating your shipment.

Unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Additional Order Information

For certain high-value purchases, we may request additional order verification before dispatch to help protect against fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
