Have a question?
What's the difference between the Magic Dustpan and the Stick-to-Floor Compact Dustpan?
The main difference is their size and handle.
The Magic Dustpan is wider and larger, making it ideal for everyday cleaning around the home. It also comes with a convenient three-part handle.
The Stick-to-Floor Compact Dustpan has a smaller, more compact design, perfect for bathrooms, caravans, motorhomes and other tight spaces, although it's equally useful around the home. It doesn't include a handle, but a compatible handle can be purchased separately from our website.
What's the difference between silicone and rubber dustpans?
Both our silicone and rubber dustpans are sturdy, durable and designed for everyday use, with excellent sweeping performance.
Silicone is slightly softer and more flexible, but both materials are easy to clean and maintain. Simply rinse under warm water to remove dirt and debris.
All our silicone and rubber dustpans are backed by the same two-year manufacturer's warranty, so you can choose whichever material /colour you prefer with confidence.
What makes BrightTools stick-to-floor dustpans different from traditional dustpans?
Our innovative stick-to-floor design helps keep the dustpan firmly in place while sweeping, making it easier to collect dust, dirt and debris without constantly repositioning the pan. Simply put - nothing gets left behind.
Which dustpan is best for smaller spaces?
Our Stick-to-Floor Compact Dustpan is an excellent choice for smaller spaces such as caravans, motorhomes, tiny homes and bathrooms.
Its compact size makes it easy to use and store, without compromising on everyday cleaning performance.
Which dustpan is best for cleaning larger areas?
For general everyday household cleaning, we'd recommend our Magic Dustpan. Its wider design and convenient three-part handle make collecting dust, dirt and debris simple and comfortable.
For larger commercial or industrial spaces, our Extra Large Dry & Wet Rubber Dustpan is an excellent choice. Its generous size and specially designed sloped edge make it ideal for collecting larger amounts of debris and liquid spills.
Can BrightTools dustpans be used to collect water?
Yes! All our dustpans can be used to collect water as well as dry debris.
For larger spills or commercial cleaning, we'd recommend our Extra Large Dry & Wet Rubber Dustpan. Its extra-wide design and specially designed sloped edge help guide water into the pan, making it particularly useful for collecting larger volumes of liquid.
Do BrightTools dustpans need to be held in place while sweeping?
Our Stick-to-floor Compact Dustpans are designed to stay in position on suitable floor surfaces while you sweep, helping reduce the need to hold the pan in place.
This makes collecting everyday dirt and debris simpler and more comfortable.
Can I purchase a handle separately for my Compact Stick-to-Floor Dustpan?
Yes. While the Compact Stick-to-Floor Dustpan doesn't come with a handle, compatible handles are available to purchase separately on our website.
This gives you the flexibility to use your compact dustpan with or without a handle, depending on your preference.
How do I clean my silicone or rubber dustpan?
Both materials are easy to maintain. Simply rinse your dustpan under warm water to remove collected dust and dirt, then allow it to dry.
This helps keep your dustpan clean, hygienic and ready for its next use.
Are BrightTools dustpans suitable for everyday use?
Absolutely. Our silicone and rubber dustpans are made from durable, flexible materials designed to withstand regular household cleaning.
Whether you're sweeping up crumbs in the kitchen, dust in the bathroom or everyday debris around the home, they're a practical addition to your cleaning routine.
Do BrightTools dustpans come with a warranty?
Yes. All our silicone and rubber dustpans come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty, giving you added confidence in their quality and durability.

How many Wipes are in a pack?
Each pack comes with 10 supersized wipes. You can also purchase one of our bundles and save (i.e. 3 Pack or 5 Pack Bundle)! We are currently working on a subscription platform, which will give you the opportunity to replenish your wipes according to need, offering substantial discounts.
Do you have any fragrance-free Wipes?
No, not at this stage. Our Wipes have been trialled and tested for many years and the scents have been perfected based on our customers’ feedback. The strength of the fragrances fade a short time after application and leave a pleasant and fresh odour in the space.
Do the Wipes have a chemical odour?
Our answer is no, however as with all fragrances, they are a
matter of personal taste. Our Wipes have been trialled and tested and the feedback from our customers is that they love the smell of our
Wipes. The strength of the fragrances fade a short time after application and leave a pleasant and fresh odour in the space.
Are the Wipes made to replace a deep clean?
No. The Wipes are for daily floor cleaning maintenance. Whilst many of our customers do use the Wipes in place of a regular floor mop,
we recommend our Microfiber Silicone Mop in addition to the Wipes for a weekly deep clean.
Are your Wipes Environmentally friendly / biodegradable /compostable?
Unfortunately not. We are currently working with our manufacturer to develop a product that matches the quality of our current Wipes that are environmentally friendly. Whilst we do so, a positive environmental
factor to consider is the amount of water our Wipes save in comparison to traditional floor cleaning methods.
Where is our warehouse located?
Our warehouse is located in Elsternwick, Melbourne.
