Are the Floor Wipes safe to use on all floor types?
Our Floor Wipes are suitable for most sealed hard floors, including timber, laminate, vinyl, hybrid, tiles and polished concrete. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first and follow your flooring manufacturer's care instructions.
How can I make the most of my clean?
Clean until you find that the Wipe is dry and or dirty, and then flip the tool 360 degrees to use the other side of the wipe. Once both
sides are dirty, you can remove the Wipe completely and put it back over the handle inside-out to use the other side. If you feel that the Wipe is too dry, but not yet dirty, you can also run the Wipe briefly under water to further moisten it.
Do the Wipes leave the floors wet / slippery?
Upon application the Wipes leave the floors moist, however will dry up in a few short minutes and will not leave the floors slippery.
What makes Quick Mop Floor Wipes superior to other wipes on the market?
Our Wipes are supersized to cover more floor surface, have the perfect amount of moisture, and smell awesome! Our Wipes have an in-built hole in the middle to slot over any cleaning tool handle. To put it simply, our Wipes are a step above the rest, and will leave your floors looking and smelling fresh in moments.
Can the Wipes be used on the cleaning tool I already have at home?
Yes! Our Quick Mop Floor Wipes can be placed over the handle of the broom / squeegee you already have at home. However, for ultimate results, we suggest them to be paired with our BrightTools range of Brooms and or Squeegees.
Are the Wipes safe for my pets and or children?
Yes! Our Floor Wipes have been thoroughly tested over many years and are made with a carefully selected blend of ingredients that are safe to use around children and pets when used as directed.
If your child or pet has sensitivities to cleaning products or chemicals, we recommend keeping them out of the area while cleaning and allowing the floor to dry completely before they return.
Can I use the Poliwix on tiles or other floor types that aren’t wooden?
Yes! Out of our range of Wipes, Poliwix were crafted with a special mix of ingredients that maintain the natural shine of the wood and are most effective for cleaning wooden floors. However, they will work effectively on other floor types too (tiles, parquet, cement, etc). At the same time, many customers use our other scents for wooden floors, and are very happy with the results too.
Where should I begin my clean?
Anywhere around the house, except for the bathroom! Begin cleaning in loungeroom, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and corridors before
finishing off in bathroom. We recommend the bathroom as the last place to clean so that germs from the toilet don’t get spread around the house.

Can I use them on skirting boards and walls?
Yes! Our Floor Wipes are great for more than just floors. Their large size and effective cleaning formula make them ideal for wiping down skirting boards, doors, and other hard surfaces where dust and marks build up.
For painted walls, we recommend testing on a small, hidden area first and avoiding heavily textured or delicate surfaces.
Are the scents overwhelming?
Our Floor Wipes have a fresh fragrance that is most noticeable when first used. As the floor dries, the scent softens, leaving behind a light, clean and refreshing aroma. It's one of the features our customers love most!
Can I use the Floor Wipes for other surfaces besides floors?
Absolutely! While our wet floor wipes are primarily designed for floors, they can also be used on other surfaces. Feel free to use them on countertops, tables, and other hard surfaces that need a quick and effective clean. Just make sure to follow the instructions and test a small area first.
How should I use BrightTools Quick Mop Floor Wipes?
Using BrightTools Wipes is super easy! Simply remove a wipe from the packaging, using the hole in the middle of the Wipe place it over the cleaning tool handle you are using and gently glide it over the surface you want to clean. For stubborn stains or spills, you can apply a bit of pressure. Once you're done, toss the used wipe in the trash. It's that simple!
Do the Wipes leave residue?
No! Upon application the Wipes leave the floors moist, however will dry up in a few short minutes.
How many Wipes are in a pack?
Each pack comes with 10 supersized wipes. You can also purchase one of our bundles and save (i.e. 3 Pack or 5 Pack Bundle)! We are currently working on a subscription platform, which will give you the opportunity to replenish your wipes according to need, offering substantial discounts.
Do you have any fragrance-free Wipes?
No, not at this stage. Our Wipes have been trialled and tested for many years and the scents have been perfected based on our customers’ feedback. The strength of the fragrances fade a short time after application and leave a pleasant and fresh odour in the space.
Do the Wipes have a chemical odour?
Our answer is no, however as with all fragrances, they are a
matter of personal taste. Our Wipes have been trialled and tested and the feedback from our customers is that they love the smell of our

Are the Wipes made to replace a deep clean?
No. The Wipes are for daily floor cleaning maintenance. Whilst many of our customers do use the Wipes in place of a regular floor mop,
we recommend our Microfiber Silicone Mop in addition to the Wipes for a weekly deep clean.
Are your Wipes Environmentally friendly / biodegradable /compostable?
Unfortunately not. We are currently working with our manufacturer to develop a product that matches the quality of our current Wipes that are environmentally friendly. Whilst we do so, a positive environmental
factor to consider is the amount of water our Wipes save in comparison to traditional floor cleaning methods.
